The direct booking journey collects the guest’s name, email address, telephone number, stay dates and guest count so the SOA Nest II team can manage the request in the back office. Use test details only in pre-production. The legal basis, recipients and retention periods must be approved before production launch. Airbnb applies its own privacy policy when its external listing is opened.

Technical storage

The installable web app may store technical files and display preferences in the browser for offline operation. No advertising tracker is intentionally installed in the audited public journey.
